Patrik took great care of Hazel in his home when we were away for about 8 days! I was impressed with his level of professionalism. He was responsive in messages and always very friendly. When we met for the first time, Patrik had reviewed Hazel’s specific needs beforehand, so it was great to know he already understood how to care for her. This was our first time using Rover and we had the best experience. Our dog was so comfortable with Patrik. He jumped out of the car to say goodbye to Patrik when we picked him up. He didn’t want to leave! Patrik made us feel at ease by sending pictures and it was a wonderful experience all around. We will definitely be booking Patrik again.
